He said he believed LeBouef's outspokenness was responsible for the family's petition problems."Clayton could say good morning and the next minute he would be cursing you out," Keith said.

"It hurts me to think that there are some people of color who do not want this done."McDow said the ball was in Terence LeBouef's court and it was up to him to submit the required materials.

LeBouef responded that he has complied with every request for information."If it was as simple as getting three or four signatures, I would get them," he said.
